Pursuant to the Act on Quality Assurance in Higher Education and Science (OG 151\/22) the Agency for Science and Higher Education conducts the procedures of re-accreditation of higher education institutions and research institutes. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

\n \nRe-accreditation of higher education institutions and research institutes is carried out every five years in accordance with the annual plan of re-accreditation of higher education institutions and research institutes. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe annual re-accreditation plan is adopted by the Agency at the proposal of the Accreditation Council. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe Agency can include a higher education institution i.e. a research institute in the annual re-accreditation plan ex officio<\/em>, at the proposal of the minister responsible for the area of science and education or at the request of a higher education institution i.e. research institute. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n
