It guarantees transparency, access to acquiring qualifications, reliable acquiring of qualifications, progression and high-quality qualifications, as well as relating the levels of qualifications in the Republic of Croatia to the levels of qualifications of the European Qualifications Framework. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe following bodies are all involved in the development and implementation of the Croatian Qualifications Framework in the Republic of Croatia: the National Council for the Development of Human Potential, the ministries responsible for the areas of education and science, work and regional development, the Agency for Science and Higher Education, the Agency for Vocational Education and Training, the Education and Teacher Training Agency and sectoral councils.&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nPursuant to the Croatian Qualifications Framework Act (<a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2013_02_22_359.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OG 22\/2013<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2016_05_41_1090.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">41\/2016<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2018_07_64_1309.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">64\/2018<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2020_04_47_972.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">47\/2020<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2021_02_20_442.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">20\/2021<\/a>) and the Ordinance on the Croatian Qualifications Framework Register (<a href=\"https:\/\/narodne-novine.nn.hr\/clanci\/sluzbeni\/2021_09_96_1741.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OG 96\/21<\/a>), the Agency for Science and Higher Education is in charge of the following:&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>administrative and expert support to the work of sectoral councils,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>adopting decisions on the addition to the Sub-register of qualification standards and the Sub-register of units of learning outcomes (at level 5, in the part related to higher education, and levels 6;
