{"id":22992,"date":"2024-04-15T12:47:52","date_gmt":"2024-04-15T10:47:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/?page_id=22992"},"modified":"2024-06-03T11:02:11","modified_gmt":"2024-06-03T09:02:11","slug":"ukraine","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/azvo.hr\/en\/foreign-education-qualifications\/assessment-of-foreign-higher-education-qualifications\/ukraine\/","title":{"rendered":"Ukraine"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-lead-text mb-40 lg:mb-60 lg:-mt-[8rem]\">\n  <p class=\"font-serif text-xl sm:text-2xl leading-normal\">In response to the current emergency situation in Ukraine, Croatian ENIC\/NARIC office made this webpage with all the relevant information that can help Ukrainian citizens that are refugees in Croatia to gain quick access and transparent information on the relevant procedures and information that will help them start higher education, continue studies and join the labour market, if possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n<strong>Refugees from Ukraine can access the following procedures:<br><\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n<strong>IF YOU HAVE DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR FOREIGN EDUCATION<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nIf you have documents (diploma, transcript\/diploma supplement) you can start the procedure of assessment of your higher education qualification for the purpose of accessing the labour market in those professions that are not included in the List of Regulated Professions in the Republic of Croatia and are conducted in accordance with special regulations.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nAssessment of higher education qualification is procedure of assessing a foreign higher education qualification, higher education institution that issued the qualification as well as information on the profile, level and the assessed volume of the qualification, that serves as a basis for the Agency for Science and Higher Education to issue an informational document \u2013 opinion on a foreign higher education qualification\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>If you have an Ukrainian Higher Education qualification (for purpose of employment in non-regulated professions):<\/strong><br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/foreign-education-qualifications\/assessment-of-foreign-higher-education-qualifications\/guidelines-for-starting-the-procedure-for-assessment-of-foreign-higher-education-qualification\/\">Guidelines for starting the procedure for assessment of foreign higher education qualification<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>If you have other level of education or other purposes for recognition:<br><\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/foreign-education-qualifications\/recognition-of-foreign-secondary-education-qualification-for-continuation-of-education\/\">Competent authorities responsible for the recognition of different purpose and types of qualifications<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n<strong>IF YOU DO NOT HAVE DOCUMENTS FROM YOUR FOREIGN HIGHER EDUCATION<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nIf you lack documents from parts or all of your higher education, you may apply for an informational document on the higher education qualification for asylees, aliens under subsidiary protection and aliens under temporary protection without documentation.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/en\/foreign-education-qualifications\/assessment-of-foreign-higher-education-qualifications\/informational-document-on-the-higher-education-qualification-for-asylees-aliens-under-subsidiary-protection-and-aliens-under-temporary-protection-without-documentation\/\">Informational document on the higher education qualification for asylees, aliens under subsidiary protection and aliens under temporary protection without documentation<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \n<strong>&nbsp;<br><\/strong><strong>USEFUL LINKS<\/strong>\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nDetailed information on the Ukrainian higher education system and all the relevant information that is available online &#8211;
