\n \nThe Croatian Agency for Science and Higher Education (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) plans to conduct an open public procurement procedure for a low-value contract entitled “Procurement of licenses for statistical software package for data management, software tool (for analyzing scientific productivity), and employee training for their use<\/strong>,” which will be carried out as part of the project SF.2.4.06.02.0001 “Quality Assurance in Higher Education<\/em>,” funded by the European Social Fund Plus. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nBefore initiating the public procurement procedure and for the purpose of conducting market research and determining the estimated value of the procurement, the Agency hereby invites you to submit an informational, non-binding offer related to the procurement of the goods in question. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nFor further planning and implementation of the procedure, as well as the preparation of the procurement documentation, please submit your informational offer to the email address nabava@azvo.hr<\/strong><\/a> by 17 February 2025, no later than 16:00<\/strong>. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nPlease note that this invitation is for informational purposes only. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nThe submitted offer will not be automatically accepted. Instead, an open low-value procurement procedure will be conducted in the forthcoming period and the award criteria will be established as part of this procedure. \n\n<\/p>\n\n\n

\n \nFor tenderers outside of Croatia, it should be noted that the public procurement procedure will be conducted via the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH), pursuant to the Croatian Act on Public Procurement (\u201eOfficial Gazette\u201c, number 120\/2016, 114\/2022). Economic operators interested in participating in the public procurement procedure need to register with EOJN RH.
