It outlines six priorities, including the improvement of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/vijesti-iz-azvo\/informativni-sastanak-s-koordinatorima-veleuilita-i-visokih-kola\/\">skills<\/a>&nbsp;and competencies, creating innovative environment while fostering values such as equality and active citizenship:&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant and high-quality skills and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/vijesti-iz-azvo\/u-zagrebu-odrana-unica-konferencija\/\">competences<\/a>, focusing on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/vijesti-iz-azvo\/otvoreni-natjeaji-za-potporu-istraivanja-mladih-znanstvenika-u-gospodarstvu\/\">learning outcomes<\/a>&nbsp;for employability, innovation and active citizenship,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inclusive education, equality, non-discrimination and promotion of civic competences,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open and innovative education and training by fully embracing digital technologies,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong support for educators,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transparency and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/vijesti-iz-azvo\/enqa-seminar-o-vanjskom-vrednovanju-agencija-qfirst-external-evaluations-of-quality-assurance-agencies-lessons-learnedq\/\">recognition<\/a>&nbsp;of skills and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/vijesti-iz-azvo\/ulazak-hrvatske-u-europsku-mreu-za-mobilnost-istraivaa\/\">qualifications<\/a>&nbsp;to facilitate learning and labour mobility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sustainable investment, performance and efficiency of education and training system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe Draft Report in the Croatian language is available on the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.azvo.hr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Nacrt_izvjesca_EK_-_obrazovanje_do_2020_HR.pdf\">link<\/a>.\n\n<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Commission published the Draft 2015 Joint Report of the Council and the Commission on the implementation of the Strategic Framework for European cooperation in education and&nbsp;training&nbsp;(ET 2020) in August.
