{"id":6084,"date":"2016-12-30T11:12:00","date_gmt":"2016-12-30T10:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/azvo.borealis.biz\/newsa\/kick-off-meeting-of-hrminhei-project-held\/"},"modified":"2023-11-03T07:51:17","modified_gmt":"2023-11-03T06:51:17","slug":"kick-off-meeting-of-hrminhei-project-held","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/azvo.hr\/en\/2016\/12\/30\/kick-off-meeting-of-hrminhei-project-held\/","title":{"rendered":"Kick-off meeting of HRMinHEI project held"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe kick-off meeting of the project HRMinHEI<em> (Modernisation of Higher Education Institutions through enhancement of Human Resources Management function) <\/em>co-funded by the Erasmus + programme, was held on 24 October 2016 at the Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE).&nbsp;\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nASHE is the project leader in partnership with higher education institutions from Croatia and Europe:&nbsp; Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences in Rijeka and College Algebra from Croatia, Danube University Krems from Austria and the University of Tampere from Finland.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nThe project started in September 2016 and it will last until September 2018. The purpose of the project is the strengthening of Human Resources Management in higher education institutions and the development of innovative self-assessment tools for benchmarking Human Resources Management.\n\n<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"mb-10 text-base leading-normal\">\n  \nGeneral objectives of the project are: to improve the organizational efficiency and effectiveness of HEIs as well as to increase their global competitiveness;
