The final ranking lists for admission to study programmes of higher education institutions in Croatia, in the autumn enrolment period for the academic year 2015/2016, were published on the website on Monday, 21 September 2015.

According to Igor Drvodelić, Assistant Director of the Agency for Science and Higher Education, after the summer enrolment period, a total of 8239 slots remained. A total of 8784 candidates applied for the remaining slots in the autumn period, and 3929 candidates secured their right of enrolment.

According to the ratio of applications to preferred study programmes to enrolment quotas, the most popular among the remaining study programmes was the professional study programme of Physiotherapy (University of Applied Health Sciences in Zagreb), followed by the professional study programme of Occupational Therapy (University of Applied Health Sciences in Zagreb), Mechanical Engineering (Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb), double-major study programme of Pedagogy (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split) and the professional study of Laboratory Medical Diagnostics (University of Applied Health Sciences in Zagreb).

Enrolment begins on Tuesday, 22 September 2015, and lasts until the date set by higher education institutions.

In the summer enrolment period, 42739 candidates applied for study programmes, and a total of 30331 candidates secured their right of enrolment.

The candidates applied via the National Information System for Applications to Higher Education Institutions (NISpVU). Approximately 46000 candidates per year submit their applications via this application and so far there haven’t been complaints from users or any significant difficulties in the work of the application.
