The Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE) published the 2017 Annual Report and 2018 Activity Plan.
During 2017, numerous activities have been conducted and valuable results have been achieved: renewed membership in European quality assurance associations-European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR) and the European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ENQA). Furthermore, the first cycle of re-accreditation was completed with the publication of The Analysis of the five-year cycle of re-accreditation (2010.-2015.) which contains valuable information on Croatian higher education institutions and their activities. The implementation of the pilot re-accreditation began according to the improved documents and criteria, and in compliance with the plans, the re-accreditation of doctoral studies was also conducted.
At the end of last year, the Agency received the advanced MAMFORCE standard for the implementation of gender and family policies, and for the second time, the Charter for Special Contribution in Education and Promotion of Quality, awarded by the Croatian Society for Quality.
