On 2 July 2018, the Accreditation Council of the Agency for Science and Higher Education adopted the Higher Education Institutions Re-accreditation Plan, according to which the re-accreditation of higher education institutions delivering study programmes in the biotechnical field, and of polytechnics and colleges will be carried out in 2019.
All those interested in becoming members of the expert panels (teachers, businessmen and students) in the re-accreditation of the biotechnical field, technical field and social sciences, as well as the area of biomedicine and health, the field of nursing and physiotherapy, with a good knowledge of English in speech and writing, can apply via the following link:
A site visit to a higher education institution lasts from two to five days, depending on the size of the institution. The fee for each member of the expert panel is €200 per day. Costs of travel, accommodation and meals are covered by the Agency for Science and Higher Education. The final decision on the appointment of members of the expert panel is made by the Accreditation Council of the Agency for Science and Higher Education.
