On 16 June 2020, the Accreditation Council of the Agency for Science and Higher Education adopted the Higher Education Institutions Re-accreditation Plan, according to which the re-accreditation of higher education institutions delivering study programmes in the scientific fields of humanities, social sciences and natural sciences, and of polytechnics and colleges will be carried out in 2021.
All those interested in becoming members of the expert panels (teachers, businessmen and students) with a good knowledge of English in speech and writing, can apply via the following link:
In accordance with the current circumstances caused by the COVID-19 disease pandemic, meetings held during the re-accreditation process are organised in a hybrid form in the duration of two to five days, depending on the size of the evaluated institution. Croatian expert panel members participate in a preliminary one-day site visit to the higher education institution. The fee for each member of the expert panel is €200 per day. The final decision on the appointment of members of the expert panel is made by the Accreditation Council of the Agency for Science and Higher Education.
