On invitation by the World Bank, the Agency for Science and Higher Education Director, prof. dr. sc. Jasmina Havranek, held a lecture during a workshop on quality assurance in higher education organised in Turkey.
The World Bank organised the workshop to introduce Turkish higher education stakeholders to international experiences in quality assurance.
The Croatian Agency was recognized as one of the good practice examples in establishing a quality assurance system and implementing the evaluation procedures, and thus invited to share the experience.
Other lecturers included representatives of international associations and higher education institutions, as well as quality assurance organisations, with the participation of the World Bank President for Turkey, Martin Raiser, and other esteemed guests.
